Ocean Villas offers spacious 1 and 2 bedroom units in an irreplaceable location on Ocean Blvd, which have been completely remodeled to include brand new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and other top of the line finishes. Built in the 1940's, the unit construction style evokes old world charm, which has now been matched with modern day style. Most units have at least a partial ocean view, including many of our two bedroom units that have unobstructed 180 degree views of the Pacific. All apartments have a larger than normal number of windows, offering natural sunlight and ocean views from most units. The property’s exterior was also remodeled to provide many amenities of a higher end apartment complex, including a gated common area for our residents, which includes barbeques, a picnic area, and an ocean view fire pit.
