To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to avoid noise going outside of the house. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for violation. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night penalty. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins to avoid overflowing. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check in for it to not be a guest-related issue. No food is allowed in the bedrooms to maintain cleanliness. Wipe makeup before sleeping.
