Rent is $1300/month (unfurnished) plus utilities and a security deposit ($1000) is required. The room is available on April 15, 2026. Gas, electric, water, trash and internet will be split 1/3. Non-Smoker, No Vape/Drug use please. No weapons.
Lease terms are negotiable, but would like to find someone longer term eventually.
