Private bedroom with shared bathroom - rent $1400 for single occupancy only. 1 mile to UCI – 4-5 minutes drive or 9 -10 minutes bike. It is walkable if you like to walk. Perfect for UCI student. • Unit is remodeled with high ceiling, recessed light, custom cabinet, fully furnished, and natural light in the room. Patio, community private pool, 5 minutes walk to University community park and library. Non Smoker, no drugs, no pets and no couples. No working from home. Street parking for car. • Full credit check and complete background check is required. There is a non-refundable $55 credit/background check for each applicant over 18 years old.
