Available as soon as August 23. My current tenant will be occupying the condo until then, but I'll be able to provide in-person tours the last two weeks of August. The place is currently partially-furnished (small couch, large wall-mounted tv, modern tv cabinet, bed with clean mattress + mattress protector). I'm happy to discuss renting as a partially-furnished unit (this is preferable but not required). About me: I'm the condo owner and recently moved to San Francisco for work. This is my former home not a property managed by a large rental company and I'll be managing it directly.
