Utilities included in rent: electricity, water, garbage, Cox Cable and internet. The unit has "sound damped" walls and ceiling for greater privacy. It has a private entrance as well, as there is no other access from within the main house. Pets will be considered on a case by case review. Security deposit is $1800 for non pet renters. We are a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Los Carneros. Please respond to the Craigslist ad with a short description of yourself! The studio will be available mid part of September!
