Rent is $1285 per month plus $100 utilities. Parking is an additional $85 per month.
We are currently offering a $1000 cash move in bonus for the fall 2025 semester. After move in, you will receive a $1,000 cash bonus. We have limited male and female spaces left, so please apply sooner than later!
