We have a vacancy in our gated 28 unit apartment complex, consisting of all 2 bedroom 1 bath units. Onsite live Bilingual manager Henry and his wife Joanna for 12 years.. This pet friendly complex has downstairs units with good size enclosed patios, around 6’ x 20’, either out the slider from the Ktchn/Dining area, or in front next to entrance. The Downstairs units rent for $1330/month with a patio, the upstairs is $1300. In the ‘Living/Great Rm’ there is a ceiling fan and large window overlooking the center of the complex where the pool is. The bedrooms are approximately 11’x11’ in size. The shared bathroom has tiled tub/shower with glass enclosure, with a decent size linen closet. Most all units have been recently updated in AC/Heating units and efficient water heaters. Access to this apt complex is via locked gates, the drive-thru gate opens with a remote control. Dedicated Parking in your own covered carport with your storage locker in front of your stall.
