- Tenants must be okay not moving into property 30 days from approval date. Timeframe begins once full security deposit and signed lease is presented to Avanza PM. However, homeowners state that enforcement is not common and is generally acceptable, tenants should be aware that the City of Fresno regulates the parking, and should at least be aware that being cited could potentially occur (parking directly in front of the home on N. Gorma is acceptable, but where you can be cited is on the opposite side of N. Gorma Ave - on the other side of the street).
