This includes: Adding evaporated salt pellets to the system as needed to ensure proper filtration and function. Replacing water filters annually to maintain water quality. The next scheduled filter replacement is set to be completed on September 1, 2025 (new filters have been ordered). This is a high-end, $8,000 water purification system installed to provide clean, drinkable water throughout the home, an upgrade rarely offered in rental properties. - Tenants should be aware that street parking is not allowed. However, homeowners state that enforcement is not common and is generally acceptable, tenants should be aware that the City of Fresno regulates the parking, and should at least be aware that being cited could potentially occur (parking directly in front of the home on N.
