Berkeley, West Berkeley, National Holistic Institute, downtown Oakland, and other East Bay points. A free shuttle takes you to the MacArthur BART station, eight blocks away. The local bus stop (AC Transit 72) is one block away. The F bus, which circumnavigates the U.C. Berkeley campus stops one block away. Frequent AC Transit buses go to San Francisco and the Trans Bay Terminal.
