High speed internet is available from the usual providers. The location is excellent. Easy access to San Francisco, the University of California at Berkeley, downtown Berkeley, West Berkeley, downtown Oakland, and other East Bay points via public transportation. Parking is usually not difficult. The local bus stop is one block away. McArthur BART is about eight blocks away and can be accessed via a free local shuttle, the Emery Go-Round. We are a short walk from Safeway, 7-Eleven, Bank of America, Target, Arismendi Bakery, Subway, Wing Stop, Panda Express, Starbucks, Kentucky Fried Chicken, International House of Pancakes, and many restaurants including Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, etc. We prefer a year lease, however we are happy to accommodate short-term tenants for an additional charge.
