Property Id: 1281860 Looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease in West Davis for the 2022-2023 school year! 9/5/23-9/5/24.It would be sharing a double with my roommate from last year, Nicole James, in an all-female, all-sophomore UC Davis students, two-bed two-bath apartment. Your name will replace mine on the lease completely legally. You would be sharing a room with my wonderful roommate from last year. Nicole is a psych major, ASPIRE undergrad researcher, amazing singer, and will be respectful of your space and your habits. No smoking/vaping (Nicole has sensitive lungs from previous 2nd-hand smoke & vape) and no drugs, cleanliness level (1 low - 10 high): 7, drinking: not inside the apartment (if you do drink though please be respectful about it when you come home), visitors: fine with, but just let Nicole know in advance, Sleeping time: 11pm-2am, lgbtq+ friendly. I can attest to your potential roommates being kind and fair when housing things need to be discussed.
