The house boasts a large backyard, ample shared storage space, bike parking and street car parking. We live in a quiet neighborhood thats close to Grocery Outlet and very close to Nugget in NE Davis. Its a 10-15 minute bike ride to the UC Davis campus. I am looking for someone who makes at least 3x the rental price for this unit.
