This secondary unit is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance for your convenience. Bright and thoughtfully designed, this home includes essential amenities like air conditioning, a washer and dryer located in the garage, a 50' Smart TV, a hairdryer, and an iron for clothes. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. The home also features a shared large backyard and SmartLock entry. Centrally positioned in the heart of Silicon Valley’s South Bay, this home is only 6 minutes to Apple Park, 10 minutes to Kaiser Medical Center, 12 minutes to Santana Row, and 17 minutes to Stanford University. Set in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet just minutes from grocery stores, top supermarkets, and popular shopping malls, this property puts everything within easy reach, offering effortless access to major tech hubs, dining, and entertainment. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Illegal drugs or smoking cannabis are not permitted on the premises, and no weapons of any kind are allowed. Strictly no parties or events of any kind are allowed, and no live fire of any kind is permitted in the property, such as bonfires or campfires, without prior approval. Only guests registered in the booking system are allowed, and there will be a charge for each additional guest. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house. Smoking cigarettes is only permitted outside, and each cigarette butt or cigarette package found anywhere on the property will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a $50 fine for each cigarette butt or cigarette package found in the property. There will be a $300 charge for each police visit to the property due to guest activity. No undisclosed pets are allowed in the property, and guests are responsible for additional fees to clean up biohazards such as vomit or animal waste. Do not dispose of any substance that can cause draining issues, and guests will be charged a plumbing fee to unclog drains for inappropriate disposal. The home must be left exactly how it was found, and guests will need to cover extra cleaning fees not covered in the standard cleaning. Unauthorized late check-out will be charged $20 for each ½ hr late. Guests are liable for any and all damages in the property, and guests will be charged for any item removed from the property. Only guests with confirmed identity can book, and no 3rd party booking is allowed. The person who made the booking must be the person staying at the property. Guests booking within 24 hours of check-in need to have at least two 5-star reviews in their most recent guest review history. Please take off shoes before entering the house. Modification or alteration to any item in the property during guest stay will need acknowledged and approval by host. Violation of any level 1 rule will result in cancellation of booking without refund. Guest will have 30 minutes to vacate the property after notice to vacate has been issued. Guest will be charged additional fee related to guest extraction for security guard and/or law enforcement 30 minutes after issuing of notice to vacate. Noise-related violations will have 1 warning notice to correct the issue. Each unauthorized guest per day will incur a $75 charge. Each unauthorized pet will incur a $50 per day charge.
