There is a sweet gated turf yard on the side of the house that can also be accessed through sliding glass doors in the kitchen. There is an off-street, uncovered parking spot for 1 vehicle. It is a perfect house for 1-2 people. John Burroughs high school is a two minute walk away and there are tennis courts and a track available there for public use year round outside of school use times.
