We're looking for someone who will enjoy the view in our neighborhood. If you want a quiet place after work/study, this place is perfect. It only takes 20 min to UC Berkeley campus on foot (downhill), and 5 min to drive. And when you're back home you have absolute privacy and nature. The place will be ready on or after August 20th. And we prefer to rent it for the academic year. If you like to come back for the following year, you don't have to pay during the summer vacation and we will store your belongings until you're back. It is perfect for UC Berkeley Students, Visiting Scholars, Professors, or Faculties. All utilities are included in the price. All furniture (King Size Bed, Dining Table with Chairs, Patio Table with Patio Chairs, Daybed on the balcony, Leather Sofa and Coffee Table), kitchenwares (Plates, bowls, Kitchenaid, Blentech, Espresso Machine), TVs (55' Samsung Frame, 65' Samsung Smart TV), and A Rowing Machine (Concept 2) are provided for the length of stay. We will post more photos as we're preparing this place. Or you can simply ask us for a viewing.
