Walk up the driveway (on the right of the house) to the carport; the cottage is the building on the right. It is fine to drive by but please do not disturb the current tenants. Everything was new and upgraded in 2023: New tiles, countertops, and cabinets in the kitchen, tiled shower in the BA, hardwood floor in the living room and all bedrooms, new Fridge and Washer/Dryer, and fresh new paint everywhere. The airy kitchen features a gas stove and refrigerator, new fridge, plenty of new cabinets, and a new skylight. The bathroom is separated into two areas by a sliding door; the first has a sink and the laundry (washer/dryer), and the next has the toilet and shower. To the left of the kitchen is the living room and three bedrooms (of office spaces) that are small but functional. The cottage includes one off-street parking spot in the shared driveway. Bicycle parking behind the cottage in a safe and roofed place. The cottage is available November 15.
