Our home is located just off Grizzly Peak in a quiet neighborhood just one and a half blocks from Tilden Regional Park. The UC Berkeley campus and Lawrence Berkeley Lab, the UC Botanical Gardens, and CA Memorial Stadium are a short shuttle ride away. The Lawrence Hall of Science is steps from the house. The room is available beginning December 1st. Rent is $1850/month with utilities included. The lease can’t accommodate pets, use of narcotics, vaping or smokers (of anything).
