There is a small back porch leading out to our shared garden patio with outdoor furniture for lounging and hosting. Garden has fruit trees (lemon and peach) and blueberry bushes and a raised bed for vegetable gardening. House is fully furnished, however belongings will be vacated so you have room to store your things. Tobacco smoking is not permitted. Access to laundry in the basement. 1-2 off street parking spots included. Water, trash, electricity and internet included. The neighborhood is awesome! It has a walk score of 99, yet the house is relatively quiet on a residential street. We are caddy corner from the West Campus city pool which has lap swimming and other recreational activities. The house is 2 blocks from Strawberry Creek Park and the Hidden Café and the access to the Ohlone Trail Bike Path. It is a 5-minute walk to transbay bus stops and 12-minute walk to North Berkeley BART Station. It is a 5 mins drive to I-80 highway, North Berkeley Bart station and downtown Berkeley. We are seeking tenants who are interested in a short-term summer rental only. Ideal tenants would be communal-minded and open to sharing outdoor space and friendly neighbor interactions. They would be trustworthy, financially stable and interested in taking good care of our family home.
