It is less than a mile to restaurants, shops, parks, and school. Laundry hook ups, on street parking, alley access, and a front porch. Owner pays the trash, sewer and water. Pets require additional security deposit and an additional $25 per month rental fee. The tenant pays for electricity and gas. There is no smoking and a year lease is preferred.
