Rental space includes 2 rooms—one bedroom with an attached large family room. Community space includes the kitchen, living room with 2 restrooms, 2 refrigerators, and a laundry area. Three separate entrances into the home. Utilities and WiFi are split equally, which is handled by one of the tenants who lives there and manages the bills. The home is currently occupied by 4 adult males with full-time employment. The oldest resident has resided in the home for 10 years, and the others for 5 and 2 years. The men all get along and generally stay to themselves due to their schedules. The house is nestled in a friendly neighborhood with lots of eateries and a nearby grocery store. There is a gym around the corner, lots of hiking/biking trails at JPL, and fun stuff going on at the Rose Bowl, including the Brookside Country Club golf course, which is nearby.
