We are directly across from the popular South Shore shopping center, where you'll find such gems as Trader Joe's, Safeway, Old Navy, Kohl's, great restaurants, banking and many other convenient services! We offer assigned off-street gated parking, most of it covered. We are a gated community with keychain remote gate operators for both parking area and pedestrian entrances. Smoke-Free of course! We have tons of storage! All units feature mirrored closet doors, new vinyl plank flooring in downstairs units - new carpet upstairs. Most units have new appliances, new dishwashers, and some feature granite counters. Our patios are HUGE, and our balconies sunny. We are a great low density location across from single family homes and only a block from the beach - peaceful but central. Landscaping is refreshing with banana palms, ferns, magnolias, birch and elm trees. Enjoy our new large pool and sun-deck. Additional storage lockers are available on site at no extra cost!. This is our best location and a great value. We offer washers and dryers with internet connected machines that use debit and credit cards - not quarters!
