Please note that this unit is located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building, and there is no elevator. This fully furnished apartment includes a full living room area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and in-unit laundry area. The complex features a fitness center and courtyard. Guests are authorized to park in the spots surrounding the exterior of the complex, and additional parking information will be provided upon check-in. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and large gatherings and/or parties are not allowed. Only certified service animals are allowed, and requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Check-in time is 4:00pm and checkout time is 10:00am. Guests have access to their unit and the fitness center. Guests will be able to view their check-in info on their arrival date. This info will include parking instructions and the code for the lockbox containing their keys. This is an apartment building and we do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the fitness center. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay.
