Reservoir Neighborhood

Reservoir is a lovely residential neighborhood of Little Rock, located only a 15-minute drive northwest of the city. Single-family homes are tucked between trees on spacious lots, some as large 10 acres. The average price for homes in this area is $233,000.

Residents enjoy a mild climate that still offers four seasons. The temperatures rarely fall below freezing during the winter months and go no higher than the eighties in the middle of summer. The Jackson Reservoir is so close that some residents can walk to the lake. Little Rock Reservoir Park is also located at the lake and provides multiple recreational opportunities. It includes a restored bathhouse, a visitor’s center, and a museum.

The Reservoir neighborhood offers residents the best of both worlds, living in the country yet remaining close to all that Little Rock and Arkansas have to offer.
