Two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath townhomes have 1,150 square feet and rent for $1,200 per month. Rates are for 12-month leases; six- to eleven-month leases add $50 per month. Wi-Fi is included in both layouts. One-bedroom homes have wall-mounted air conditioning and heat, nearby coin-operated laundry, and resident-paid electricity.
