Highly desired 4 and 3 bedroom units just .25 miles from the Pi Phi Gates and campus! This is a general application, not unit specific. We have three 4 bedroom floorplans ($5200/mo) that feature a mix of primary beds downstairs with full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs, some share jack and jill bath, some have their own private bath. We have three 3 bedroom floorplans ($3900/mo) that feature a mix of all 3 beds with own baths and some beds sharing jack and jill. All kitchen and living rooms are open concept. All units have in unit laundry. All rents can be divided amongst tenants however they desire. Desired unit type needs to be stated in application. First come first serve.
