The main house has 3 private bedrooms and amenities for 6 guests, while the guest house offers another studio bedroom for 2 guests, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. Free parking is available for 5 cars, with no parking allowed on the concrete pad in the backyard. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Located right by the college campus, public transit, bike trail access, and ride share options are available. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
