The primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom. There is also a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and free parking is provided. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're visiting the University or exploring local eats, there's something for everyone. Located near the downtown square and the University of Arkansas, public transit, bike trail access, and ride-share options are available. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM, and quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
