Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine.
