Upon entry, you'll be greeted by an open living room complete with comfy seating for the whole crew. Enjoy the Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming services to watch the big game from home. Just off the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with essentials to create your favorite meals. The bar features four high-top chairs perfect for enjoying meals. Off the living room and kitchen area, two sets of double doors lead to an outdoor living area with patio seating and a BBQ grill. The home has four beds: a King bedroom with a closet, dresser, and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a Queen-size bed and nearby bathroom, and an upstairs shared bedroom with two Queen beds and a walk-in closet. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Interested in experiencing the nature of the Ozarks? Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
