It sleeps 8 with a king room, two queen rooms, and a queen pull-out couch. The fully stocked kitchen offers all the amenities needed to create a meal, baked goods, or just a great cup of coffee. The living area features plush seating, a large Smart TV, and a dining table for 6. Past the kitchen, there is additional space with more seating, another large Smart TV, and a bar cart. The backyard is the perfect place to kick back with your group, sit around the fire or grill, and enjoy your meal outside. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. The backyard is fully fenced, and dog toys are provided. Whether you’re visiting the University or getting a taste of local eats, there’s something for everyone. Located right by the college campus, public transit, bike trail access, and ride-share options are available. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
