Located in mid-town Fayetteville, close to public transit and with access to rideshare/taxi, this home is central to everything the vibrant city has to offer, just two miles to the University of Arkansas and Downtown Fayetteville. It's also just 0.5 miles to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, Rick's Bakery, and an arcade. A quick walk will take you to serene lake views and a nature park. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
