Since 1999, the Castle Apartments have been serving Tucsonans seeking a safe, quiet and affordable residence in the heart of central Tucson. This 32 unit, family owned and operated apartment community is located just half a mile from the University of Arizona and less than a mile from Downtown Tucson, and popular shopping and dining destination 4th Avenue. All apartments are air conditioned, and water, gas and trash disposal are paid with the cost of rent. WIFI is also available for only $20 per month! Amenities include a swimming pool, a full size basketball court, bar-b-que, laundry facilities and free off-street parking. Available February 1st: Apartment #30: Spacious 2nd floor studio apartment. This apartment includes a queen sized bed, a dinette table with seating for 2, a TV and TV stand, a dresser and major kitchen appliances (no dishwasher). Linens and cable are not included. The monthly rent is$995 (single occupancy) including utilities and WIFI. This apartment is occupied and we will not be offering tours of any kind. Dogs are not allowed at Castle Apartments. Cats and other small pets may be allowed with applicable pet deposit, but pets are not allowed in our furnished units. Smoking is not allowed in the building. All rental prices are single occupancy. Rental prices for our unfurnished units include gas, water and trash disposal. A low flat-rate electricity fee of $80 is added to the rental price for all unfurnished apartments. Additional rental fees ($100 per month) will be added for double occupancy. Furnished apartments include all major utilities and WIFI, cable is not included.
