The third bathroom has its own entry off the side of the house and lots of windows with natural light (shares the same hall bathroom). This house is a really great clean and quiet property located near UofA off Mountain Avenue just south of Grant. The house has four large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In a quiet location, this house stays cool in summer with a central air conditioner and ceiling fans in each room. Two of the bedrooms (including master) have their own separate entries. The master has its own small bathroom and the other three share the large hall bathroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator (new), dishwasher, stove, range, and microwave. There is a separate dining area off the kitchen and a large living room. The washer and dryer are newer and in an enclosed area off the back of the house.
