You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
