With its ideal location close to different attractions, there are many options for getting around the area. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this smoke-free environment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty, and a lost key fob incurs a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences.
