Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Noise is proactively monitored with decibel sensors. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID and confirm their contact information. Guests must also pass through a verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
