Located on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona, this apartment is near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 22 years old.
