Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violation of this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay.
