Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy, which includes quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
