Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and any violation will result in police involvement and immediate termination of the contract.
