Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
