A private full bath is stocked with a shower/tub combo, sink, mirror, toilet, towels, and toiletries. On-site parking is available; details will be provided at check-in. Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am everyday, and any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
