The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know beforehand for the fees. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
