If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and no unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Noise monitors are installed in the unit, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security purposes. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. A late check-out fee of $500 will be charged for delayed checkouts, with no exceptions.
