The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is available on the premises with instructions provided at check-in. If you are bringing a pet, please inform us in advance. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. A one-time charge of $50 per pet is required for the Pooprints program, which ensures all residents pick up after their registered pet. If a pet defecates and it is not picked up, a $500 fine per occurrence will be applied. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with a $500 late check-out fee if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
