For stays of 1-7 nights, the fee is $25 per night. For 8-29 nights, the fee is $200, and for 30+ nights, the fee is $300. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. Noise monitors are installed to measure decibel levels, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Lost or unreturned keys will result in an $80 charge for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Late check-out will incur a $500 fee. Parking violations are the responsibility of the guest. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, as well as an office desk and chair, making it suitable for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
