Beautiful 3/2 home with good school districts in south Tempe available for a lease to start Feb 1 to April 1. Tenants of 4.5 years is breaking their lease for work relocation. About the house: -1980s build -large pool (not fenced… per AZ laws, special door locks would be added for children if you have any) -dog door -3 bedrooms (2 large, one normal sized) and 2 baths (one with tub, one with remodeled larger shower since I moved in) -dog friendly with vet records (no cats due to allergies. Dogs are allowed with vet records and interview) -pool maintenance and landscaping are included in the rent -newer Samsung washer and dryer in the garage -garage could be 2 cars, but current tenants use it for one and a laundry area since they only have one car -quiet, family friendly neighborhood -$2700 rent -huge living room that fits either two couches (+entertainment center) or a dining room + separate living room area -bay windows for a casual dining table -sprinkler system for sitting outside -smart thermostat -smart garage door so you can forget to close it and it’ll close 2 minutes later automatically
