Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1 to 7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8 to 29 nights, or $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. It’s a great spot for food and beer lovers, with an acclaimed local brewery, popular restaurants, cafés, and bars all within walking distance. You’ll also be close to scenic parks, cultural attractions, and some of Tempe’s most well-known hotspots. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above.
